Brown & Associates is proud to offer SaaS hosting of Express Maintenance and Express Request for those Users who do not want to invest in Data Center infrastructure and in-house IT expense.

We work with the Login Data Center in Tucson Arizona, which is backed up by a Phoenix Data Center. Arizona is known worldwide as being a premium location for data centers due to its low humidity, lack of earthquakes and lack of extreme weather events (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods etc.).

Our Hardware Configuration uses Storage Area Networks (SAN), Redundant SQL Servers and Terminal Servers and a Load Balancer.

Software licensing is based on your EM licensing and the number of concurrent users you intend to have using the service.

Users are disconnected from current logged-in sessions after 30 minutes of inactivity to ensure user slots are available.

Updates are done Quarterly unless specifically requested by the customer for a specific feature that is needed immediately. Updates will be done after 10 PM Arizona Time Zone and an email will be sent to the customer's representative the day. For Updates all Users will be disconnected prior to the Update.

Backup for hosted data bases will be done nightly and backups will be saved for up to 30 days. Backup will be done after 10 PM Arizona Time Zone and be done before 3 AM. Our services utilize storage hardware, backup software, and remote drives that will be stored offsite and swapped weekly.

Help Desk will be available for basic issue resolution by phone (30 Minutes on Voice messages) and email from 7 AM EST until 5 PM PST, Email will be available 24/7 and answered promptly. Help Desk's primary function is password resets and system access issues as well as to be available for referrals to Level 1 support for Data Base Transitions, Report Writing, Backup Restores, and Remote Training all of which will be done by PO or agreed to Help Desk Ticket process.

We provide the needed documents to execute the agreement: Service Contract, Master Service Agreement, Acceptable Usage Policy, and Automatic Payment Billing Authorization Form.
